It was a natural progression for me to become involved with Pilates.  I found that all of my hard training in the gym left me with strength and size but lacking an easy movement quality and inner “core,” which contributes to a balanced body and assists in injury prevention and recovery. As both a personal trainer and dancer I am devoted to the principles of Pilates and confident that this unique approach can extend the quality of life for those wishing to be fit, age gracefully, reduce stress and stay active in their personal pursuits.
